Students for business

Tasks in sales, marketing, finance and HR are often put off because daily operations come first. A student can take them on with new knowledge from their studies and a fresh pair of eyes.

Would you like to spend more time on customers and less on administration? Tell us about the task.

Possible tasks in business for you?

A TrailBlazer in business steps in where your team lacks time or specific expertise.

  • Marketing and content

Content for social media, product photos, newsletters, search engine optimisation and employer branding.

  • Finance and controlling

Receipts, bookkeeping, reconciliations and reports, and help when you change finance systems.

  • HR and recruitment

Job postings, initial screening, onboarding and HR administration.

  • Law and compliance

Junior tasks involving contracts, GDPR and compliance.

  • ESG and sustainability

Data collection, answers to customer questionnaires and policies on climate, the environment and responsibility.

Why a student for business?

Many managers would rather spend their time on sales and customers than on administration. A student can take on some of the tasks, typically 32 - 100 hours a month.

Business students often develop many skills in working independently and can therefore pick up the tasks that tend to fall through the cracks.

Who is the employer?

TrailBlaze is the formal employer. We handle the contract, recruitment, payroll, some insurance, time tracking and social security costs. You are the functional employer, as you are in charge of day-to-day management and have full authority to give instructions.

How does it work, and how quickly can we get started?

We talk with you about your needs, the tasks and what you are looking for in a candidate. You typically meet two screened candidates within 7 - 10 working days.
