TrailBlaze is the formal employer. We handle the contract, recruitment, payroll, some insurance, time tracking and social security costs. You are the functional employer, as you are in charge of day-to-day management and have full authority to give instructions.
We talk with you about your needs, the tasks and what you are looking for in a candidate. You typically meet two screened candidates within 7 - 10 working days.
